Notarisation process

Complete an online application in 3 simple steps:

1. Select enotary® service;
2. Confirm details; and
3. Upload documents.

Details and documents are then verified and attested by a Notary Public.

The enotary® process from start to finish is simple, fast and secure.

What is the processing time?

The standard verification processing time is 2-3 working days. Verification processing times vary between the issuing bodies and the time of the year.

When a document has been verified the Notary Public immediately attests (notarises) and releases the document.

What documents are required?

Before attesting the authenticity of a document, the Notary Public must verify the details with the issuing body and identify the named individual.

The following 2 documents are required:

1. Copy of the document; and
2. Government issued ID (e.g. Passport or Photo Card Driving Licence).
